Decline Bench: 3 x 8 x 225
Fly Machine: 3 x 8 x 3/4 stack (@ 175)
Press Machine: 3 x 8 x whole stack (@225)
In between sets I did 15 flutter kicks (4 count) and 20 crunches: Total 150 FK, 200 Crunches. These were easier, next week I'll increase the reps a bit on these. Abs already feeling really good.
