Man! It has been a long time since I've stepped into the weight room. Today I thought I would remind my muscles (at least my upper body) that they still have a purpose.
Flat Bench: 3 x 25 @ 135
Incline DB Press: 3 x 15 @ 35
Decline DB Press: 3 x 15 @ 50
Only spent 25 minutes in the weight room, but should be enough to wake those pecs up. Remember me?
