Did some bench:
Flat Bench: 6 x 12 @ 135
Decline Bench: 6 x 12 @ 135
Incline DB Press: 6 x 12 @ 30
Had some pain in my right shoulder. Did some sets fast, some pretty slow. Disappointed with how tough it was. 135 used to be so easy it was funny. Not so anymore. I've leaned up quite a bit, but lost alot of muscle too. Sad thing is, I still need 15 more pounds before I'll be happy.
