Yesterday's run did a real number on my knee. I'm wearing the knee brace today and will put a heat pad on it tonight. Not good.
Today at lunch I did:
30 minutes Elliptical,
10 minutes Ab work
25 minutes lifting:
Cross Face Tricep DB Extensions: 15 @ 30, 15 @ 25, 2 x 15 @ 20
Dips: 4 x 15 @ bw (@ 205)
Good work.
