Arms

Standing Curls: 4 x 12 x 95
Preacher Curls: 12 x 75, 4 x 10 x 95
Tricep Extensions: 4 x 10 x 80
Tricep Cable Extensions: 4 x 8 x 85

Fighting the traffic in the morning isn't fun and Brandon had to take off a little early and since he's the glue to the morning routine, we cleaned up and took off.

Going to focus on DL tomorrow.
