I was very happy with today's workout:
3 miles - 3 miles run @ 6.5 mph @ 2.0% Grade
.25 miles - recovery (pulse @ 148 @ 4.0 mph)
3 miles - 3 miles run @ 6.0 mph and increase last .5 mile in increments up to 8.0 mph)
.25 miles warm down
6.5 miles @ 53:00
I'm going to count this as my new distance record for running.
