Today I stretched real good before my run and planned on doing 6 miles depending on how well I felt. I started out at 6.0 mph @ 2.0% grade. Felt so good after 3 miles I moved it up to 6.5. Then kept moving it up till I got to Mile 6.75 up to 8.0 mph.
So I did 1:00 even @ 6.75 miles total.
Great workout!
