Halfast workout

Today I did the following:

1.5m - 2 x (.65m run @ 6.0 mph, 1.0m walk @3.0mph)
0.25m - Walk

I had some terrible cramps going on thank to some chili I ate yesterday so I cut the workout in half. Didn't feel very good. Hoping tonights swim goes alot better.
