Didn't run today. My right foot feels like it has a broken bone or something in it. I did 30 minutes of cycling instead. Afterwards weighed in at 207.4 pounds.
At lunch today I was about 15 minutes into my Elliptical trainer workout when Randy came in. He typically uses that machine and not the treadmill so I felt guilty going for a full hour. So I only went 15 more minutes to go to half an hour so he could have a turn. I went and lifted the next 30 minutes.
Lying Tricep Extensions: 6 x 15 @ 75
Close Grip Barbell Rows: 5 x 20 @ 45
Bent Over Close Grip Rows: 4 x 15 @ 115
Seated Wide Grip Cable Rows: 3 x 15 @ 120
Standing DB Military Press: 2 x 15 @ 40
Pullups: 3.5 Failed on 4th.
