Great job everybody! Don't feel overwhelmed if you didn't get the results you were hoping for this week. It's a new week and you get to start fresh. I hope we can carry on last week's challenges of water, not eating after 8pm and an hour of exercise a day.
This week's challenges are:
1. Do some weight training each day, or pushups/situps
2. No sugared sweets
