Early morning bike ride
After
swimming 2 miles early this mornin
g I got on the bike and rode from Layton Surf N' Swim to work. I was tired and didn't really push it. There were several hilly places so my average was low:
18 mph average
25.1 miles total
1:28 elapsed time
