Good run
Felt like this today on the treadmill:
5.0 miles - 5 x (.80m run, .20m walk) @ 6.5, 6.8, 7.0, 7.2, 7.5 mph @ 2.0 % grade
.5 miles - 2 x (.125m run, .125m walk) @ 7.0, 8.0 @ 2.5% grade
5.5 miles total
