Today I went down to the Garden Level of Tomax and rowed like an animal:
5000 M in 19:52. That broke my old record by 17 seconds. The key is to not take so many drinks. Last time I took three quick drink breaks. This time I only took one.
Afterwards I did some ab work for a few minutes and then lifted biceps:
Seated Preacher Curls: 2 x 12 @ 75
Standing Preacher Curls: 2 x 12 @ 75
Pullups: 8
Worked out for an hour total
