Elliptical Training: 20 minutes
Jeff Ivie came in and he usually always does Elliptical so I stopped at 20 minutes to let him on. I did 10 minutes of ab work and went lifting:
Legs up Bench Press:
20 @ 135, 3 x 15 @ 155, 20 @ 135, 25 @ 115, 30 @ 95, 35 @ 75, 40 @ 65, 45 @ 55
Pretty good burn and time was up. 1 hour total. Back to work!
