Was planning on running 8 miles today. Ended up doing 6. Not bad considering I haven't run more than 4 since I started training. Need to pick it up some more. Don't wan't to progress too fast though and get so sore that I have to wait a week to run again.
6 miles in 58 minutes (ran first 5 straight at 6.5 mph, then last mile alternating run/walk).
