11th hour

So I only have 5 weeks before the Boise Half. Setup a training plan today. Today run 3.0 miles and increase .25 every other day. Will be up to 6.5 the week before the triathlon. Will really need to stick with it!

Lifted 4 sets of bench press (12@135, 3x8@155)
