Today I worked through lunch and went to the bubble on the way home. Here is what I did:
Military Press: 3 sets of 8 x 135
Cable Front Raises: 12 x 50, 2 x 8 x 70
Lateral Raises: 10 x 30, 8 x 30, 6 x 35
Incline DB Rows: 8 x 50
DB Shrugs: 3 x 8 x 50
Upright Rows: 3 x 8 x 115
Seated Rows: 8 x 160, 6 x 210, 8 x 180
Bent Over Rows: 10 x 135, 8 x 185
I felt really good about this workout considering that I did it in less than an hour. Abs still store from Monday! Tomorrow - deadlifts.
