Standing Preacher Curls w/Armblaster: 3 sets of 12 x 95
Standing Cable French Press: 3 sets of 12 x 80, 10 x 110, 8 x 130
Incline Dumbell Curls: 3 sets of 12 x 30, 10 x 35, 8 x 40
Dips with Weight: 3 sets of 12 x 35, 10 x 40, 8 x 50
Concentration Curls: 3 sets of 12 x 30, 10 x 35, 8 x 40
Dumbell Kickbacks: 3 sets of 10 x 25, 8 x 25, 10 x 25
Alternating Dumbell Curls: 3 sets of 8 x 35, 6 x 40, 8 x 40
Close Grip Bench: 3 sets of 15 x 135, 8 x 185, 6 x 205

The grip on the close grip bench was 6 inches or so apart so it was difficult balancing the weight, but it went up fine. Had a great time with this workout.

That's one helluva arm workout, Gords! I doubt I'd be able to get through even half that...

Well - I just kept thinking that its only three sets, then on to something new. So that made it more enjoyable. Plus, when I'm going to do a supplemental lift during the week, I gotta put in some time to make it worth it.

Do you usually use such a narrow grip for the Close Grip work? That must take a bit of getting used to. Nice one.

No - first time that close. I read somewhere to try it narrow like that, but I've also read that they shouldn't be that narrow from other sources. It was too narrow for my liking so I'll probably widen it a bit to around 8 - 10 inches.
