First time lifting in a LONG time
Bench: 12 @ 135, 8 @ 145, 8 @ 155, 8 @ 165, 8 @ 175, 8 @ 185
Dips: 3 x 12 @ 195 (body weight)
Alternating DB Curls: 3 x 12 @ 35
Crunches: 50, 100, 60
Armblaster Curls: 3 x 12 @ 75
Only 45 minutes, but should be enough to make me sore tomorrow.
