Excellent Ride
This evening I went downstairs at Tomax and rode hard:
1:18 - 15 x (1m fastest on 1, 2m fast on 2, 2m medium on 3, 1m hard w/standing on 4)
2m fast and easy
1:20 total. Very good workout.
