Shoulders, abs and rowing

Standing over the head presses: 3 x 10 @ 95
Crunches: 3 x 75
Seated Cable Rows: 3 x 12 @ 145
Wide Grip Pull ups: 3 x 3
Standing DB Front Raises: 3 x 10 @ 20
Captains Chair: 3 x 12 straight legs

Did 5:00 on the rowing machine: 1300 meters.

Got a good sweat on the rower. That's a great machine.
