Bench Press: 20 @ 135, 15 @ 185, 15 @ 175, 15 @ 165
DB Flys: 4 x 15 @ 30
DB Press: 4 x 15 @ 45
Let's see if just three exercises gets me sore. Cause lately four has been kicking my butt!
