Preacher Curls: 4 x 5 x 115
supersetted with DB Shrugs: 4 x 5 x 65

DB Concentration Curls: 4 x 5 x 45
supersetted with DB Lateral Raises: 4 x 5 x 45

Good workout. Hands are fried. Exceeded the prescribed plan.
