Since doing cardio so much the last year, I haven't spent as much time in the weight room and man I miss it. Today I did chest:
DB Flys: 4 x 8,10,12,14 @ 40
Decline Press: 12 @ 135, 10 @ 155, 8 @ 175, 12 @ 135
Pushups: 4 x 20 slow ones
Not much I know, but should be enough to get the pecs a little tender.
