Sore from yesterday - getting ready for tomorrow
Tomorrow I am going to attempt to build up to 395 on the bench. I'll video it.
1st attempt: 365
2nd attempt: 385
3rd attempt: 395
Today I only did 10 minutes on the elliptical trainer. Lazy sucker.
