More shoulders and abs

Lateral Cable Extensions: 3 x 10 @ 10
Bent Knee Crunches: 3 x 50
Standing DB Front Raises: 3 x 12 @ 20

Bent over Rows: 3 x 12 @ 90
Captains Chair: 3 x 12
Push ups: 3 x 30

Tomax introduced a wellness program which involves a point program which can be used for a raffle. I suggested the introduction of "buying" a locker for the quarter using points. Hopefully that flies. Otherwise, I'll keep doing what I'm doing.
